¶ these chips were made in France for the English market.  The original box says "made in France, JR, Paris."  The box says "Poker."  The chips are a generous 3 mm thick, about 1-1/8" across.  They are engraved on one side.

¶ $4.00 per chip. (note: for this set and all the other sets listed: you may buy just one or a few chips, whatever you like -- you don't have to buy all the colors in a set.)

(sold out -- complete set) --bone 110.   (Pictured is the Victorian bone set I own. The box is green leather lined with satin material inside the lid. The six individual leather chip boxes (25 chips to a box) are removable. In small gold type is the maker's name: " Mudie & Sons, 10 Coventry St., Piccadilly, W." That company published books and sold games and gambling supplies in the 19th and early 20th centuries, in London, England.) Thin, bone, engraved chips -- 1-5/16" diameter.  The denominations are in shillings, of course.... ... ....   I'd sell individual chips for $4 each.
